WEIGHTLIFTING QUADMESTER

This 4 month fitness program includes: 

55-minute sessions – 5 days a week
Monday to Friday
1, 30, 60, 90, 120 day physical assessments
Monthly Photo Diary (optional)
Nutritional guidance
All Fitness Equipment and Fresh Towels Provided
Plyo Fitness welcome package with weight tracking sheets

Safely and efficiently lift free weights while learning nutrition, proper form and the art of being consistent! We keep track of every weight you lift and focus on weight increases as we get stronger. We’ll follow our carefully designed weightlifting program and a personal touch is always added by our Master Plyo Trainers! This program is perfect for those looking to build and bulk muscle mass and strengthen your abdomen.
